Fall Contest with BCE Emergis and Bell

In 2003, we began designing and running national marketing campaigns and contests for BCE Emergis, the banks, and Bell Canada. The site, and the next two, are examples of these campaigns. The campaigns involved coordinating designs among three to six banks and Bell....a complex feat given the number of servers and people involved. (It did feel at times like trying to herd cats.) The people were great to work with and the campaigns were quite successful.

Fall Contest with BCE Emergis and Bell

This site was a huge (125 MB site involving hundreds of pages). The site demonstrates the webdoxs product. Since each bank implements the products slightly differently, seperate demos were created for each bank. The initial work was done by a team of developers and then handed over to me to finish. I created all the additional pages surrounding the actual bank demos.

National Contest Webdoxs and all Banks

This was a mico-site for a national campaign run by webdoxs and all the banks. Each bank had a slightly re-branded microsite in addition to the main webdoxs site. I did both the design work and all the code development, including electronic registration into the contest and statistical logging.

Kingston Road Animal Hospital

These are my vets. They are amazing. When I discovered them originally, they had a really ugly "flash" site that didn't meet their needs at all. We constructed a new site for them, including an area to place pet food orders and a customer service survey. However, they've grown so much, that we have now done a redesign. Click the next button to see the new look and feel!

Kingston Road Animal Hospital

We redesigned the site with a more polished look and feel. The new site offers greater expandability and conveys a warmer, less cluttered feel. Launch date should be February 1, 2007.

This site was a "pro bono" site for a non-profit organization in the Frankford, Ontario region. They manage a 17-km trail and needed to publicize their trail so that people would use the trail and support it.

NorthShore Logistics, Inc.

I was brought onto this project to develop the navigation and write the code to handle the forms on the site. The forms enables users to sign up for daily load announcements and request a quote from the shipping firm.

Ivara.com

Ivara has an interesting, pre-existing site that is designed in php and has a content management system built into it. I redesigned a new main page template for them and integrated it into the php code that builds out the site.

Additionally, I reconstructed three flash pieces for them on their front page.

The design of the page was done by Condotta Visual Media.

Impact Workshops, Inc. Mailer

This was a one page mailer that I helped construct. I moved the client's content into HTML and worked with him to set up Outlook and his server to send it properly.

OACFDC and SEDI Accessibility Site and Course

The Ontario Association of Community Futures Development Corporations Inc. and Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services and Social and Enterprise Development Innovations combined efforts to create a web site that presents a three-module training course on serving people with disabilities. I was hired to implement the French version of the site and the course.

Fun4Mums.org

This local non-profit group needed a website to communicate ongoing events, resources, and other information specifically for mothers in the west end of Toronto. The site also had to be simple enough in terms of design so that someone with no web experience could update the content.
